SALSA plus BEER Accreditation

Long Man Brewery are delighted to announce that we have now passed and been awarded SALSA plus BEER accreditation for our production standards here at Church Farm.

We have invested heavily in measures to ensure the highest possible quality of our products including an on-site laboratory which opened in 2012. We remain committed to producing high quality, well executed traditional styles of beer and are proud that this has been recognised through this industry leading accreditation.

A successful SALSA Audit and displaying the SALSA APPROVED stamp instantly tells leading and specialist buyers across the UK that your business is committed to producing safe and legal food & drink products, and to continuously meeting the requirements of the SALSA Standard.

The SALSA standard was written by experienced food safety experts to reflect both the legal requirements of producers and the enhanced expectations of ‘best practice’ of professional food buyers. Approval certification is only granted to suppliers who are able to demonstrate to a SALSA auditor that they are able to produce safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.
